Fraud Alert: Scam Calls Targeting Businesses

We are aware of an active scam where fraudsters are calling business customers while posing as our bank. In some cases, the caller ID may appear to match our phone number.

The caller may claim there is suspicious wire or ACH activity on your account and attempt to “verify” transactions. Scammers have also been sending text messages asking customers to provide online banking credentials.

Please remember:

• We will NEVER ask for your online banking username, password, or security codes.
• We will NEVER request credentials by phone or text.
• Caller ID can be spoofed — do not trust a call based on the number alone.

If you receive a suspicious call or text:

• Do not provide any information
• Hang up and contact us directly using the phone number on the back of your card or on our official website
