Possible Debit Card Scam In Progress
Many customers have reported receiving phone calls from someone claiming to be from their bank and asking for account information. The caller claims that the customer's debit card has been frozen or disabled and then requests specific account information from the customer in order to reactivate the card.

We are currently unaware of any callers claiming to be from Cumberland Security Bank in these scams, but our customers have received calls claiming to be from other local banks. We remind you that you will never receive a call from Cumberland Security Bank in which we ask you for your account details. We already have that information if you are one of our customers.

Please be cautious if you receive calls like this, and absolutely do not give anyone your account number.
